Fire damage insurance insures loss and/or damage resulting from fire, smoke, lightning strike, explosion and natural forces. The term “natural forces” includes flooding, flash floods, gales (of at least 75 km/h), hail, rockslides, landslides, snow pressure, avalanches and rock fall.

Reporting a loss or damage claim
