LOSS OF OBJECTS

The events “misplacement” and “loss” exist if the owner of an object can no longer name the last location of this object. Objects, which have gone missing as a result of misplacement or loss, can be insured by means of the insurances listed below.

Reporting a loss or damage claim

You can report your loss or damage claim to us by filling in the relevant claim form online. To do so, please select the appropriate form:

• Technical insurance (electronic data processing equipment, physical damage to machines etc.)
• Insurance of valuables
