Any bodily injury, which the insured suffers involuntarily as a result of a sudden external force on him/her, shall be regarded as an accident. Events such as poisoning and drowning shall be regarded as equal to an accident.

Reporting a loss or damage claim

You can report your loss or damage claim to us by filling in the relevant claim form online. To do so, please select the appropriate form:

• Individual personal accident insurance with loss of salary (for private individuals)
• Individual personal accident insurance (for private individuals)
• AIL (Swiss Federal Law on Accident Insurance), notice of a minor accident (for companies)
• AIL (Swiss Federal Law on Accident Insurance), notice of an accident with inability to work (for companies)
